International Project Administration Co., Ltd. (Inter PAC) is a professional firm in Design and Consultant in construction business. InterPAC was established in 1976 by Mr.Yodyiam Teptranon, an architect.
By concept philosophy of "Honest, Work hard, Responsible and Social Benefits (CSR)" has made InterPAC growing continuously. The number of colleagues increased from 7, at the time of establishment, to 198 at present.
The service started as only Architectural Design firm, then adding up the Engineering Design service (all Structural, Mechanical, Sanitary and Electrical system) when some good honest engineer joined. After 8 years of service, InterPAC started service of Construction Management and become one of The Thai professional Leading firm.
InterPAC is not only work for business money, but also tries hard to build SSS: Staff Social Spirit. InterPAC spends money and time approximately 15% for social works such as, projects for SOS Kinderdorf, Multiple-disabled Youth Center, Project and research for Tsunami, Meditation centers, schools, Dr. HOME TV and radio program and many more. These kind of volunteer works make us not only feel as a successful business company, but also as a good human being.
In 2002, twenty six years after establishment, InterPAC has delivered our customers numbers of projects in various types with combined area up to 3,000,000 sq.m. InterPAC consolidated the team and services and started to be Project Management Consultant. Act as a “one stop service” in construction business (without being a contractor).
More than 30 years of professional services, InterPAC philosophy has never changed, we are not only proud of our success with social reputation, but we also strong in our philosophy.
