The First and initial control system we use, in order to manage our quality of works is Q.S.C.T.; Quality, Safety, Cost and Time.
Quality
Supervision and monitoring quality of the project procedure, include; design process, construction, engineering system, materials and equipments etc., according to the appropriate standards at all stages.
Safety
Supervision and monitoring the project’s performance to meet safety standards.
Cost
The cost-effective planning by distinguish the type of processes and records all reports during the construction period. Plans a budget and controls procurement notices, as well as plan for other alternatives in case of an unexpected situation occurs.
Time
Planning and controlling the project schedule by the sequence of operations according to the project's overall construction plan.
